The typical town of Zhangzhou Mingzhu apparel industry covers an area of ​​about 30,000 mu, of which the living supporting area covers an area of ​​10,000 mu, and the apparel industry processing area covers an area of ​​20,000 mu. The park is planned and constructed in a unified manner, and all the roofs of the houses are installed with photovoltaic power generation. 500 million degrees, the total planned investment is 56.6 billion yuan; the total construction area of ​​the apparel industry processing zone project is 18 million square meters. The main construction contents include production and processing workshops, exhibition halls, comprehensive office buildings, dormitory buildings, research and development buildings, raw materials warehouses, and finished warehouses. The investment intensity of fixed assets of the project is about 2.68 million yuan/mu. Up to now, there have been more than 1,300 manufacturers that have signed up to build their own standard factory buildings, and more than 3,000 merchants are waiting to enter the park.

     The construction period of the project is from 2017 to the end of 2020, which is divided into three years of construction. The first phase of the project covers an area of ​​about 5,000 mu, mainly including light textile product display center project, research and development center project, garden park project, apparel processing factory, clothing and apparel display center, e-commerce center and supporting project 110KV high-voltage substation. Construction is complete. Among them, the light textile product display center project, the R&D center project, and the clothing and apparel display center project have completed the main construction; the garment processing factory project has started construction of more than 400 households and nearly 3,000 mu.

    The second phase of the project plans to cover an area of ​​about 6,700 mu, mainly based on domestic well-known brand apparel processing plants, raw material warehouses, finished warehouses, dormitory buildings, exhibition halls, restaurants, and a part of residential buildings, which are used as supporting personnel. . The construction is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2019. Among them, nearly 100 domestic well-known brand clothing processing factories have been started; the raw material warehouse and finished product warehouse have completed nearly 200,000 square meters.

The third phase of the project plans to cover an area of ​​about 8,100 mu, mainly consisting of bonded centers, warehousing and logistics, international famous clothing and processing plants, raw material warehouses, finished warehouses, dormitory buildings and restaurants, with some residential, commercial and public facilities. To provide better production, living and office environment for the majority of manufacturers and merchants, it is planned to be completed in 2020.

The fourth phase of the project plans to cover an area of ​​about 10,000 acres, including 2,000 acres of martial arts acrobatic theme parks, 8,000 acres of housing, schools [from elementary school, junior high school, high school to university (set up with clothing and apparel design, research and development, production and processing as the main specialty) The clothing vocational and technical schools and comprehensive clothing colleges and universities), hospitals, offices and other comprehensive living areas, tourism shopping centers, etc., with a total investment of 48 billion yuan, is planned to be completed by the end of 2020.

     After the completion of the Pearl City Trade City Project, it will be able to undertake about 30,000 merchants with an annual turnover of 240 billion yuan. After the completion of the special town project, it can undertake more than 10,000 large, medium, small and micro enterprises. The annual output value can reach 200 billion yuan, which can boost the employment population by 300,000. It will greatly ease the pressure of social employment and produce good economic benefits. .
